Visual ethnographer and filmmaker with a practice in narrative film, commercial videomaking, documentary and fine art photography.
I embrace poetic storytelling through landscapes of deterioration and artefacts, the aesthetic of historical institutions, and the exploration of archetypes and facades in theatrical filmmaking. My work bridges narrative cinema, documentary, and commercial content with a visual style informed by art and pre-code cinema.
My photography focuses on domestic subject matter and traditional menswear. I utilise traditional printmaking and self-developed prints using darkroom techniques.
